The First Amendment

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

I have learned a decent bit about ethics in our photojournalism class so far. My ideals are still the same though. More than anything, I learned why many photojournalists shoot for the reasons that they do. Many photographers feel that they can change the world with the photographs. I as well feel like that, but first and foremost I must do photography for myself. I have that urge to go out and see the world and experience different people, places, and things. From there I can branch out and help the rest of the world.
